  • TRANSEO ASSOCIATION 
    Background:
     
    The project started with the organization by SOWACCESS, MKBase and CRA of the first European conference on SME transfer in Spa in May 2009 which gathered 200 professionals from 18 different countries specializing in SME transfer.
     
    Due to the success of the  conference and the clear desire among the participants to continue the efforts to create a qualified European SME transfer network, SOWACCESS, MKBase and CRA have decided to found an association.
     
    The association Transeo will be set up in september 2010.
     
    Mission and goals:
     
    Transeo focuses on SME transfer to stimulate the economic environment both local as pan-European, gathering experts in business transfer from the private, (semi)public and academic sectors from all over Europe.
     
    Its goals are:
    1.            to raise awareness amongst potential buyers, sellers and their advisors;         
    2.            to stimulate markets by sharing best-practises;
    3.            to stimulate the work-environment and cooperation between advisors in the private, public and academic world.
     
    Becoming a member:
     
    As you are one of the key players on the business transfer stage we believe the association is a very interesting opportunity for you to:
    -      be a member of a qualified international network;
    -      assure you visibility and create new business all over Europe;
    -      share experiences and best practises with other members
    -      obtain international and local collaborations through the network on your different projects;
    -      attend local and international events;
    -      contribute to the harmonization of the European legal and tax framework.
