Transeo Conference Spa, Belgium | 24-25 May, 2012AboutAbout Transeo Conference 2012It has been 3 years since the first edition of Transeo Conference in Spa, Belgium. It was the first opportunity to gather professionals from the SME transfer sector (private experts, public organizations, academic researchers): this successful event gave rise to the setting up of Transeo association, the first European association for SME transfer in December 2010. Last year, Transeo association, with its 37 members from 13 countries worked on several key challenges for SME transfer : good practices, technical deal-breakers, matching platforms, academic research, … and is taking up new challenges this year to keep working on key issues, exchange good practices and network between professionals at international scale. Transeo Conference 2012 focuses on improvements in the transfers of SMEs and will tackle several important topics for the industry : impact of the economic situation on business transfers, awareness-raising of sellers, valuation of SMEs, impact of emotions, legal aspects, financing of acquisitions, ethics, cross-border exchanges, … Transeo Conference 2012 will provide you with tools, tips & tricks in business transfer and will give you the chance to take stock of key topics linked to the transfer of small and medium-sized companies and prepare for the opportunities ahead. Transeo has assembled an exclusive line up of speakers to debate such topics. Transeo Conference is the only event where the whole SME transfer sector gets together. We will be gathering in the nice « Spa Balmoral Hotel » in Spa (Belgium) for two days of networking, debate, brainstorming and exchange of information and good practices. |
